Wellbeing & Family Support

At Hope Hamilton CE Primary School, the wellbeing of every child is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued, listened to and supported. We recognise that children learn best when they are happy, healthy and confident, and we work closely with families and outside agencies to ensure they receive the support they need.

We are fortunate to have strong links with the School Nursing Team and can seek advice and guidance to help support pupils' health, wellbeing and development. The School Nursing Team can provide advice on a range of issues, including emotional wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, sleep, toileting, behaviour and medical concerns.

To find out more about how the School Nursing Team can support children and families, please watch the following video: What can the School Nursing Team help with?
